During Asian trading, the British pound declined against the US Dollar trading below 1.3600 levels.
The GBP/USD pair drifted lower after posting a one month high early in the Asian session as traders awaited GDP data in the UK and inflation linked PPI data from the United States. In the UK Year on Year Q2 GDP (1.3% last month) will be posted (07:00 GMT+1). In the US, Initial Jobless Claims data (220k exp) and PPI data for July (0.2% exp) will be posted (13:30 GMT+1).
