In Asian trading, the Euro climbed against the US Dollar, trading above the 1.1700 mark.
The EUR/USD edged higher ahead of an expected confidence vote in the French government which may see the ousting of Prime Minister Bayrou. In the Eurozone German Industrial Production figures (1.3% expected) will be released (07:00 GMT+1). In the US, CB Employment Trends Index for August (107.55 last month) will be released (15:00 GMT +1).
