In Asian trading, the Euro declined against the US Dollar, trading below the 1.1600 mark.
The EUR/USD pulled back slightly after a US report yesterday showed that employers laid off over 150,000 workers in October, providing further evidence that the US employment market is facing difficulties. In the Eurozone, German Trade Balance data for September (16.7 bln expected) will be posted (07:00 GMT). In the US, Michigan Consumer Sentiment for November (50.3 exp) will be released (15:00 GMT).*
*Most US Government data will not be published (or will be delayed) because of a government shutdown. Non government US data will be released as normal.
