During Asian trading, the British pound declined against the US Dollar trading below 1.3400 levels.
The GBP/USD inched lower as the conflict in the Middle East continued to trigger a flight to the safety of the US dollar. In the UK, Global Services PMI for February (53.9 exp) will be released (09.30 GMT). In the US, ADP Nonfarm Employment change for February (50k exp) and S&P Global Services PMI for February (52.3 exp) will be posted (13:15 and 14:45 GMT respectively).
