The GER30 rose over 2.1% on Wednesday. Winners and losers were equally split. The biggest winners were Covestro, Volkswagen, and BASF. The biggest losers were Infineon, Delivery Hero, and Merck. The German Composite PMI and Services PMI for April came in at 55.8 and 49.9 respectively. Both figures were two-tenths below their forecast.
