26 March, 2024
Gold prices are trading in today’s Asian session above 2170 levels.
Gold prices steadied Tuesday morning after rallying the day prior as investors awaited key economic data releases and remarks from Federal Reserve officials later in the week, aiming to gain more clarity on the possible timing of interest rate changes hinted at by the U.S. central bank.
Investors are especially keen on the weekly initial jobless claims report set for Thursday, followed by the publication of the U.S. core personal consumption expenditure (PCE) price index data on Friday.
