Wall Street trade ended sharply lower on Tuesday as investors grew concerned about AI creating more competition for software makers, keeping traders on edge ahead of quarterly reports from Alphabet and Amazon later this week.
On Tuesday the S&P 500 fell 0.85%, the Dow Jones lost 0.35% and the Nasdaq dropped 1.42%.
