In Asian trading, the US Dollar decreased against the Canadian Dollar, trading below 1.4000 levels.
The USD/CAD fell slightly on a day when both the Fed and the Bank of Canada are expected to cut interest rates, but traders will look to comments from respective governors on potential future moves. In Canada, the Bank of Canada will announce its interest rate decision (cut of 0.25% to 2.25% exp) will be released (14:00 GMT). In the US the Fed Interest Rate Decision for (cut of 0.25% to 4.0% exp) will be released (18:00 GMT).*
