The US Dollar climbed against the Turkish Lira during the Asian session, above 36.000 levels.
The USD/TRY currency pair leapt to fresh all time high in the Asian session as concerns over Turkish inflation and the Turkish economy continued unabated. In Turkey, there are no data releases today. In the US, CPI Inflation figures for January (2.9% expected) will be posted (13:30 GMT) and Fed Chair Powell will continue to give testimony to Congress (15:00 GMT).
