The US Dollar edged higher against the Turkish Lira during the Asian session above 38.00 levels.
The USD/TRY broadly continued its range bound position with a slight positive bias established towards the end of last week, but traders remain focussed on the political and economic turbulence that Turkey is currently seeing. In Turkey, Net FX Reserves (73.9% last month) will be posted (11:30 GMT). In the US, Initial Jobless Claims data (225 exp) and US Q4 GDP data (2.3% exp) will be released (12:30 GMT).
