The US Dollar inched higher against the Turkish Lira during the Asian session above 42.70 levels.
The USD/TRY currency pair was close to its opening price in the Asian session, but remained close to yesterday’s all time peak as inflation worries continue to pressure the Lira. In Turkey, CBRT Monetary Policy Meeting Minutes will be published (11:00 GMT). In the US, CPI Inflation data for November (3.0% last month) and Initial Jobless Claims data (236k last week) will be released (13:30 GMT).
