- BREAKING (OCTOBER 15): INTEL SAID TO LAUNCH NEW A.I. CHIP (Crescent Island) IN 2026. According to Reuters, Intel said it will introduce a new data center AI processor called Crescent Island next year (2026), a move designed to strengthen its position in the fast-growing AI hardware segment currently led by Nvidia and AMD.

- EVENT (THURSDAY, OCTOBER 23, AFTERMARKET): Q3 EARNINGS REPORT. The company is expected to print $13.122 billion in revenue, up around 2.05% from the previous quarter ($12.859 billion). The company is expected to report a significantly reduced net loss of -$1.005 billion, an improvement of over 65% compared with the previous quarter (-$2.918 billion), highlighting ongoing progress in cost control and operational efficiency. FORWARD GUIDANCE (Q4): The company is expected to project $13.328 billion for Q4 of 2025, which would mark an increase of around 3.65% from the previous quarter.
- REVENUE AND EARNINGS PERFORMANCE: INTEL TENDS TO BEAT ESTIMATES. Over the past eight quarters, the company has beat Earnings Per Share (EPS) estimates 5 times over the past 8 quarters, while its revenue has managed to beat estimates 7 times over the past 8 quarters.
- NET EARNINGS EXPECTATIONS (2024 – 2030): INTEL’S NET EARNINGS ARE EXPECTED TO RISE BY 138.19% ON AVERAGE ANNUALLY BY 2030. According Bloomberg, Net Earnings are expected to grow from negative $566 million in 2024 to $17 billion in 2030.
INTEL: RECENT ANNOUNCEMENTS AND DEALS
- BREAKING: INTEL IN TALKS FOR A POTENTIAL PARTNERSHIP WITH AMD; AMD HAS JUST ANNOUNCED A MULTIBILLION-DOLLAR DEAL WITH OPENAI. The ecosystem created by this collaboration could support Intel’s operations, as AMD will be producing AI chips for OpenAI. In addition, if Intel enters into a partnership with AMD, its stock price could be positively impacted, as this move could open a whole new market for the recently troubled company.
- BREAKING (SEPTEMBER 25): INTEL IN TALKS WITH TAIWAN SEMICONDUCTOR TO FORM A JOINT VENTURE. According to the SeekingAlpha, Intel and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing have reached a preliminary agreement to form a joint venture to operate some of Intel's foundry facilities.
- BREAKING (SEPTEMBER 24): INTEL APPROACHED APPLE AS WORK IS STILL IN PROGRESS. According to the SeekingAlpha, Intel has allegedly approached Apple to consider investing in Intel.
- BREAKING (SEPTEMBER 18): NVIDIA BOUGHT A STAKE IN INTEL INVESTING $5 BILLION. The stake will make Nvidia one of Intel's largest shareholders, giving it roughly 4% of the company after new shares are issued. This new pact includes a plan for the two companies to jointly develop PC and data center chips.
- BREAKING (AUGUST 22): TRUMP- LED U.S. GOVERNMENT TOOK 10% STAKE IN INTEL. According to the BBC, Intel said in a statement that the US government would make a $8.9 billion investment in Intel common stock.
- BREAKING (AUGUST 18): JAPAN’S SOFTBANK INVESTED $2 BILLION IN INTEL. This would be equivalent to roughly 2% of Intel’s company shares.
INTEL: PRICE ACTION
- INTEL STOCK PRICE HAS HIT ITS HIGHEST LEVEL SINCE APRIL 2024 ($39.56) (October 10, 2025). The Intel stock trades around $37 and trading up 85% since the start of 2025.
