The Australian Dollar fell down against the US Dollar during European trading below 0.6600 levels.
The AUD/USD traded in a band in the European session, as lower odds of an interest rate cut by the FED are creating positive pressure for the USD and as higher odds that the Reserve Bank of Australia will keep interest rates unchanged is creating positive pressure on the aussie. In Australia, Building Approvals data for September came in higher than expected (12% vs 5.1% expected). In the US S&P Global Manufacturing PMI data for October (52.2 exp) will be released (14:45 GMT) and ISM Manufacturing PMI for October (49.1 last month) will be posted (15:00 GMT).*
