In European trading, the euro declined against the US Dollar, trading above the 1.1000 mark.
In the European session the currency pair stabliised somewhat, but remained under the pressure of this week’s short term downtrend. This follows earlier comments from Fed Chair Powell tempering expectations for a sharper Fed rate cut at the next meeting. In the Eurozone, Germany Construction for September was 41.7 (vs 38.9 last month). In the United States, Nonfarm Payrolls data (148k expected) and Unemployment Rate (4.2% exp) will be released (13:30 GMT+1).
