During European trading, the British Pound rose against the US Dollar trading above 1.3100 levels.
The pound pushed higher and reversed some of yesterday’s losses but remained sharply lower for the week following Bank of England Head Bailey's comments that interest rate cuts are on the table. In the UK, Construction PMI data for September was above expectations at 57.2 vs 53.1 expected. In the United States, Nonfarm Payrolls data (148k expected) and Unemployment Rate (4.2% exp) will be released (13:30 GMT+1).
