The US Dollar climbed against the Turkish Lira during the European session, trading above 41.60 levels.
The USD/TRY continued its climb in the European session, as high inflation and monetary instability are creating long term upward pressure on the lyra. In Turkey, the Treasury Cash Balance for September (84.220 bln last month) will be posted (16:15 GMT+1). In the US Trade Balance data for August (-61.20 bln expected) will be posted (13:30 GMT+1).*
