The EUR/USD inched higher to a five day peak after data late last week from the US suggested that some inflationary pressures may be easing. In Europe, Eurozone Consumer Confidence data for December (-14 expected) will be posted (15:00 GMT). In the US, CB Consumer Confidence for December (113% exp) will be released (15:00 GMT).
