In Asian trading, the US Dollar rose against the Canadian Dollar, trading above 1.4300 levels.
The pair inched upwards in the Asian session breaking away from two trading days of losses on Thursday and Friday as much of Canada is focussed on whether or when PM Trudeau may resign. In Canada, GDP data for October (0.1% exp) will be posted (13:30 GMT). In the US, CB Consumer Confidence for December (113% exp) will be released (15:00 GMT).
