In Asian trading, the US Dollar increased against the Canadian Dollar, trading above 1.4200 levels.
The pair traded with a positive bias for the fourth consecutive day as the Loonie continues to be weakened by the Bank of Canada’s aggressive rate cuts. In Canada, CPI Inflation data for November (0.4% last month) will be published (13:30 GMT). In the US, Retail Sales for November (0.5% expected) and Industrial Production PMI data for November (0.1% exp) will be released at 13:30 GMT and 14:15 respectively.
