The US Dollar was stable against the Japanese Yen in Asian trading below 147.00 levels.
The USD/JPY pair was broadly unchanged in the Asian session as traders awaited key Fed and Bank of Japan policy decisions this week, with the latter seen most likely to maintain its current interest rate. In Japan, the Trade Balance for August came in at -242.5 bln vs -513.6 bln last month. In the US, the Fed Interest Rate decision (cut of 0.5% to 4.25% expected) will be released (19:00 GMT +1), followed by a press conference (19:30 GMT+1).
