THE COMPANY:

• MODERNA'S BUSINESS: Moderna develops mRNA-based medicines and vaccines. Its technology uses messenger RNA to instruct cells to produce proteins that can help the body prevent or fight diseases. Moderna's products and pipeline cover respiratory viruses, cancer, infectious diseases and other medical conditions.
• MODERNA'S KEY PRODUCTS: Moderna's main commercial products include Spikevax, its COVID-19 vaccine, and mRESVIA, its respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccine. The company is working to expand its vaccine business while developing new mRNA-based treatments.
• MODERNA'S CANCER VACCINE: Moderna is developing a personalized cancer vaccine using mRNA technology in partnership with Merck. MODERNA: EVENTS

• BREAKING (AUGUST 19): MODERNA STOCK PRICE ROSE AROUND 181% AS MODERNA AND MERCK ANNOUNCED SUCCESSFUL LATE-STAGE TRIAL RESULTS WITH SKIN CANCER VACCINE. Moderna and Merck announced that their personalized mRNA cancer treatment, intismeran, succeeded in a large Phase 3 trial for melanoma, an aggressive form of skin cancer. The trial involved 1,137 patients whose melanoma had been surgically removed. The treatment was given together with Merck's existing cancer drug Keytruda. The results showed the cancer was less likely to come back, the cancer was less likely to spread to other parts of the body, and there were no new safety concerns reported.
• NEXT PHASE: REGULATORY REVIEW. Regulators at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will examine effectiveness and safety.
• POSSIBLE APPROVAL: Potentially as early as next year (2027).
• POTENTIAL COMMERCIAL SALES BEGINS: Potentially 2027.
• POTENTIAL SALES: Potential 3 billion dollars per year by 2035. If Moderna proves that personalized mRNA can successfully treat one cancer, investors may start valuing the technology as a platform that could potentially be used for many cancers.

MODERNA: PRICE ACTION AND TECHNICAL ANALYSIS

• STRONG SUPPORT AREA: $120–$100. Moderna’s share price has seen support in the $120–$100 area after rising by around 181% on Wednesday (August 19, 2026).
• MODERNA STOCK PRICE HIT AN ALL-TIME HIGH OF $498.28 (August, 2021). Moderna stock price currently trades at $153, and if a full recovery to its previous all-time high occurs, it could see an upside potential of around 230%. However, it could also decline.
