The US Dollar advanced against the Japanese Yen in the European trading session, trading above 148.00 levels.
The USD/JPY rose in the European Session, recovering slightly from yesterday’s bad US labor data and an almost certainty of an interest rate cut by the FED. In Japan, Foreign Investments in Japanese Stocks were posted with data being lower for this month than the month before (-785.7B this month vs -496.2B for the previous month). In the US, ADP Nonfarm Employment Change for August (73k exp) and Initial Jobless Claims (230k exp) will be released at 13:15 and 13:30 GMT +1 respectively. US Services PMI for August (55.4 exp) will be posted (14:45 GMT+1).
