The Aussie Dollar currency pair moved lower to 0.7647 during the Asian session. The Aussie Dollar fell and then recovered on Thursday like most major currencies against the Greenback. It finished slightly higher on the day. Australia’s Export Price Index and Import Price Index rose 5.5%, Quarter-over-Quarter, and fell 1.0%, Quart-er-over-Quarter, respectively. In the United States, 4th Quarter GDP printed at 4.0 %, Quarter-over-Quarter, as expected. Initial Jobless Claims for the past week fell to 847,000 new claims. The consensus forecast was for 875,000 new claims.
