In European trading, the euro rose against the US Dollar, trading above the 1.1750 mark.
The EUR/USD advanced in the European Session, reaching more than two month highs, ahead of important US Non Farm Payroll data coming out today. In the Eurozone, German Manufacturing PMI data for December came out lower than expected (47.7 realised vs 48.6 expected). In the US, Nonfarm Payrolls data for November (119k last month), the Unemployment Rate (4.4% expected) will be posted and month on month US Retail Sales data for October (0.2% exp) will be released (13:30 GMT).
