AMAZON (#AMAZON) weekly special report based on 1 Lot Calculation:
AMAZON: AI PLANS AND EXPANSION
- Amazon develops AI primarily through AWS, offering tools like SageMaker for machine learning and Bedrock for accessing foundation models (e.g., Claude, LLaMA). AI is integrated into Alexa, product recommendations, and logistics automation. Unlike Google or Microsoft, Amazon focuses on AI infrastructure rather than consumer-facing models.
- Amazon is investing in custom AI chips (Trainium, Inferentia) and expanding Bedrock through partnerships (e.g., Anthropic). The company aims to scale AI use across e-commerce, logistics, and developer tools, positioning itself as a key infrastructure provider in the AI market.
- STOCK INDEX PARTICIPATION: Amazon stock is a part of the NASDAQ 100 (USA 100) index, S&P 500 (USA500), and DOW 30 (USA30) index.

AMAZON: NEWS
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) is investing over $5 billion in Saudi Arabia, with the goal of establishing a dedicated AI Zone in the country. This zone will provide high-performance cloud infrastructure for AI development. The initiative supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 to become a global tech hub.
- Amazon plans to invest £40 billion (≈ $54 billion) in the U.K. over three years to bolster e‑commerce, cloud, and AI infrastructure.
AMAZON: TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
- UPTREND SUPPORT LINE: Amazon’s price action continues to respect a long-term ascending trendline (blue), which has acted as key dynamic support since late 2023.
- PRICE IS TRADING ABOVE ALL MAJOR MOVING AVERAGES (MA): The stock is now trading well above the 20-day (red), 50-day (blue), and 100-day (green) moving averages. The 20-day MA is sharply rising, suggesting strong short-term momentum. The 50-day MA has turned upward after a bullish crossover with the 100-day MA, which has also begun to flatten and curl up, a classic setup indicating a potential shift back into a sustained uptrend.
- STRONG RECOVERY AND BREAKOUT STRUCTURE: After forming a rounded bottom pattern in April–May 2025, the price has rallied aggressively, breaking above resistance levels and establishing a series of higher highs and higher lows.
- THE STOCK HIT A FRESH ALL-TIME HIGH OF $242.37 ON FEBRUARY 4, 2025. The stock currently trades around $232.5. However, there remains a risk of a potential breakout below this level if market conditions change.
- AMAZON: ANALYSTS' OPINION: Morgan Stanley forecasts $300, Deutsche Bank forecasts $266. Citi forecasts $265.
