TESLA: THE COMPANY

Tesla produces several Electric Vehicles (EVs), including the Model 3, Model X, Model Y, Model S, and since recently, the Cybertruck. Tesla also delivers the Semi-Truck.
STOCK INDEX PARTICIPATION: Tesla stock is part of both the NASDAQ 100 (USA100) index and the S&P 500 (USA500) index.
MARKET SHARE: Tesla is still the largest seller of pure battery-powered Electric Vehicles (EVs) in the world and an absolute leader in the US (taking up between 60% and 70% market share).

TESLA: EVENTS

MODEL Q: TESLA SET TO LAUNCH ITS AFFORDABLE “MODEL Q” IN THE FIRST HALF OF 2025. According to City Magazine, Tesla plans to release more affordable Electric Vehicles (EVs) in the first half of 2025 while making major strides in its self-driving tech. The new affordable Tesla will be an SUV and will cost around 30 thousand dollars.
ROBOTAXI: TESLA IS EXPECTED TO LAUNCH ROBOTAXI IN THE USA IN JUNE OF 2025. During the Q1 2025 earnings call, Elon Musk reassured investors that Tesla is still on track to roll out “autonomous ride-hailing for money” by June in Austin, Texas. Around 300 test operators are conducting tests in self-driving cars in Austin before the official launch.
OPTIMUS (HUMANOID ROBOT): TESLA IS EXPECTED TO CREATE THOUSANDS OF OPTIMUS HUMANOID ROBOTS IN 2025. Tesla is creating a robot that is powered by AI, can walk, climb stairs, lift and carry objects, as well as manipulate items autonomously. Tesla is expected to create 10 to 12 thousand robots this year. They are designed to perform tasks that are repetitive, dangerous or undesirable by humans.

TESLA: CEO ELON MUSK RE-COMMITS TO TESLA

ELON MUSK TO COMMIT FULLY TO TESLA: Elon Musk has announced that starting in early May, he will significantly reduce his time allocation at the Department of Government Efficiency (D.O.G.E.). Musk mentioned that he will only spend one or two days per week at D.O.G.E., while his main focus will be on Tesla. This has reassured investors that the company will thrive and easily overcome upcoming challenges with Musk at its helm.

U.S. PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP PURCHASING A TESLA CAR TO OPENLY SUPPORT ELON MUSK AND TESLA. Donald Trump has openly supported Tesla and Elon Musk by purchasing a Tesla Model S on March 11, 2025. It is worth noting that during the first term of Trump’s presidency (January 20, 2017 – January 20, 2021), Tesla’s stock price rose by around 1600% (Data Source: Yahoo Finance).

NEW DEREGULATION AROUND SELF – DRIVING VEHICLES: US President Donald Trump’s Administration has announced that it will reduce regulation around self – driving vehicles in order to speed up the implementation of these vehicles around the US.

TESLA: RECENT PRICE ACTION

TESLA’S STOCK PRICE HIT A NEW ALL-TIME HIGH IN LATE 2024: $487.99 Tesla hit an all-time high of $487.99 (December 18, 2024). The current stock price is around $288, and if the price moves to its recent all-time high levels, this would be a price change of around 70%. However, the price could decline as well. (Data Source: MetaTrader 4 Platform).
ANALYST OPINION: Morgan Stanley forecasts $410, Piper Sandler forecasts $400, Cantor Fitzgerald forecasts $355, Wedbush forecasts $350 and Deutsche Bank forecasts $345.
