STOCK INDEX PARTICIPATION (USA100, USA500, USA30): NVIDIA stock belongs to the three most important US stock indices, including the NASDAQ 100 (USA100) index, the S&P 500 (USA500) index, and the DOW JONES INDUSTRIAL 30 (USA30).
NVIDIA’S LATEST PRODUCT PIPELINE FOR THE AI CHIP SECTOR: Nvidia plans to release a new family of AI chips yearly. The current pipeline includes the Blackwell chip, released in 2024 and the Blackwell Ultra, released in Q2 of 2025; The Rubin chip, set for 2026; and the Rubin Ultra, set for 2027.

NVIDIA: MARKET SHARE

NVIDIA HOLDS AROUND 80% OF THE AI CHIP INDUSTRY. Mizuho Securities estimates that Nvidia controls between 70% and 95% of the market for AI chips, while Nasdaq.com reported that Nvidia holds 80% market share. Other rivals such as AMD, Intel, Broadcom, Alphabet, and Amazon seem to be still far behind Nvidia.

NVIDIA: FINANCIALS

BREAKING (WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 27, AFTERMARKET): Q2 EARNINGS REPORT POSTED RECORD HIGH REVENUE AND EARNINGS FIGURES. Nvidia printed $46.76 billion in revenue (a new record high), up 56% from the same period last year ($30.04 billion). Nvidia printed $26.40 billion in net income (a new record high), up around 59% from the same period last year ($16.582 billion).

FORWARD GUIDANCE (Q3): The company could see revenue figures of $54 billion, up 54% from a year ago, and net income of $30.18 billion, up around 56% from a year ago.

BREAKING NEWS (SEPTEMBER 22): NVIDIA ANNOUNCED $100 BILLION INVESTMENTS IN CHATGPT- MAKER OPENAI IN A FORM OF PARTNERSHIP WITH OPENAI. Through the partnership, OpenAI will deploy at least 10 gigawatts of NVIDIA systems for OpenAI’s next-generation AI infrastructure, including the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform.
