REDDIT: COMPANY OVERVIEW

COMPANY: Reddit is the 6^th most visited website on the internet with over 4.6 billion monthly visits, and 2^nd most popular social media network website ranked in the United States.

ACTIVE DAILY AND MONTHLY USERS NUMBER RISES: Reddit averages 114.1 million daily active users in Q2 2025, and their daily active user count has grown by 21.05% since Q2 2024. This acceleration in user growth is attributed to improved user experience, enhanced onboarding processes, and better content personalization and relevance.
MONEY- GENERATION: Reddit makes money through advertising on the site. In previous quarter, it generated a quarterly ad revenue of around $464.8 million, which accounts for around 93% of its total revenue in that quarter ($499.6). The company also offers premium packages of $5.99 a month.

REDDIT: EVENTS

EVENT (THURSDAY, OCTOBER 30, AFTERMARKET): Q3 EARNINGS REPORT. The company is expected to print $548.7 million in revenue (a new record high), up around 57.5% from the same period last year ($348.4 million). The company is expected to report a net income of $189.6 million, up around 534.11% from the same period last year ($29.9 million). FORWARD GUIDANCE (Q4): The company is expected to project $636.2 million revenue for Q4 of 2025, which would mark another new record high and an increase of around 48.7% year on year.
REVENUE AND EARNINGS PERFORMANCE: REDDIT TENDS TO BEAT ESTIMATES. Over the past six quarters, the company has beat Earnings Per Share (EPS) estimates 6 times over the past 6 quarters, and similarly Reddit has managed to beat revenue estimates 6 times over the past 6 quarters.
LAST TIME (Q2 EARNINGS REPORT RELEASED JULY 31, 2025, AFTERMARKET): Reddit beat revenue estimates ($500 million vs 426 million expected) and earnings per share estimates ($0.45 vs. $0.19 expected).
STOC PRICE REACTION: The Reddit stock rose 21.97% from $160.84 to $196.18 on August 1, a day after the Q2 earnings report as released.

REDDIT HIT AN ALL TIME HIGH OF $282.28 (September 18^th, 2025). The stock price currently trades around $196, suggesting a potential upside of around 44% should it return to its previous record high.
ANALYST OPINION: Jefferies forecasts $300, Citizens forecasts $300, Piper Sandler forecasts $290, Citi forecasts $250, and Goldman Sachs forecasts $236.
