My Fortrader trading platform isn’t working. What should I do?
Firstly, attempt to log in to the platform using a different web browser (e.g., try Firefox if you were using Internet Explorer). If that doesn’t work, check the security settings in your web browser to make sure they’re set to medium or low. If you’re still not able to log in, restart your internet connection in order to ensure that your connection to the internet is available. If the problem remains please contact us.
