Withdrawing Funds

Please be advised that it can take up to five (5) business days after your withdrawal requests has been placed until it is processed and approved.

In line with Anti-Money Laundering regulations, Fortrade operates a strict “back to source” policy – meaning your funds must be returned to the account of origin from where your funds were deposited to Fortrade.

Withdrawals to credit and debit cards can be only for the amount deposited. Below are two alternative methods for withdrawing additional funds that exceed the sum of the original credit/debit card.

Send an email to [email protected] with the requested withdrawal amount and the email address of the Skrill Account of where you wish the amount to be transferred to.
