Description:

The Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company was founded in 1902 and renamed 3M in 2002. Today it is a multinational conglomerate corporation with a yearly net income of $7.87 Billion (2017) and more that 91,000 employees. Products include a wide range of adhesives, abrasives and laminates, as well as personal protective equipment, dental and orthodontic products, electrical & electronic connecting and insulating materials, medical products, electronic circuits, healthcare software and optical films.
