Persimmon is a British housebuilding company, based in England. It develops, designs and and builds residential housing. The company constructs residential homes ranging from studio apartments to executive family homes. Persimmon Group is a subsidiary of the company and its primary trading companies include Persimmon Home and Charles Church Development. The former accounts for over 50 percent of company revenue
